Hearthstone, Darkmoon Season Update Applied Today

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.’s newest expansion pack for Hearthstone®, the popular free digital card game, Madness at the Darkmoon Faire™, is a season update today that will further boost content in December. It is applied sequentially from the 16th (Wed). This update is richly composed from the massive Battlegrounds update full of Darkmoon Festival atmosphere to stories of single-player adventure heroes, as well as tavern brawls and access rewards in winter, and it is expected that the warmth of the tavern in the cold wave will feel even warmer do.

Darkmoon Fairground Update (Wednesday, December 16th)

There is nowhere on the battlefield to escape from the corruption of the ancient gods! Starting today, players who enjoy the battlefield are three new heroes, N’zoth, C’thun and Y’shaarj, 10 new minions, and an in-game system that applies for a set period of time. Through new elements such as the In Darkmoon Prize, you can use the formidable power of the ancient gods on the battlefield. In particular, Darkmoon Prizes are a mechanic that you can bring into your hand by discovering a spell that becomes stronger every four turns, ranging from reinforcement effects that instantly exert tremendous power to effects that last throughout the game. It is expected to make the flow of the game more exciting.

Story of Heroes-Garrosh One-Person Adventure (Thursday, December 17th)

As a young man, Garrosh suffered from growing pains to embrace the family’s legacy and to harmonize with himself, but later rose to the ranks of the Horde and, with his strength and confidence, influenced many. The hero of the third chapter of the Book of Heroes following Jaina and Rexxar is Garrosh, the hero of the Horde. You can discover if the secret is hidden. By completing the sequential adventures, you will receive a Warrior Pack consisting of only regular Warrior cards.

Winter Festival (Thursday, December 17)

The Gift Exchange Tavern Brawl starts on December 17th, and the Waxy Waxy Winter Veil Tavern Brawl begins on December 24th. In addition, by completing two Legendary quests that come during the period, you can receive up to 4 Madness Darkmoon Festival Card Packs.

Access Reward (Wednesday, December 16th through Monday, January 18th, 2021)

All players who access Hearthstone during the period will receive 5 Darkmoon Festival Packs and 500 Gold as a token of gratitude for the holiday season.

Story of Heroes-Uther One Person Adventure (Wednesday, January 6, 2021)
