Accident or murder? His disappearance was a mystery and so was his death.
The authorities of Texas, United States, investigate the tragic death of little Troy Khoeler, 7 years old, who was found lifeless inside a washing machine this Thursday, July 28, 2022.
Just hours before he was found, his parents had reported him missing. However, after several hours of searching, the agencies found his lifeless body inside this appliance and in his own house.
For now, it is unknown if the washing machine was full of water while the little boy was inside.
The atrocious discovery occurred while the uniformed men were talking to their parents for a missing persons report; In the middle of the procedure, they searched the house since there were no signs that doors or windows had been forced open.
For now, they are investigating whether the minor got into the washing machine himself or if it was a homicide. Likewise, the causes of death have not yet been determined, said Harris County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Robert Minchew.
“We don’t know what happened, but we intend to find out. Whether he was killed by the washing machine or was killed and placed in it, we’re so far away from that I can’t comment,” Lt. Minchew said.
Little Troy had been adopted by the couple in 2019, after living in foster care for several years.
