In Ukraine, for the first time, a heart was transplanted to a 13-year-old teenager. The transplantation was carried out by a team of doctors from Kiev, Lvov and Poland.

“For the first time in Ukraine. Heart transplantation for a 13-year-old child,” he wrote.
According to him, the operation took place in the Lviv emergency hospital. It was conducted by a team of Kiev, Lviv and Polish doctors. “Thanks to Oleg Samchuk and his friendly team, this became possible in our country,” the doctor added.
