Sweetened Condensed Milk Pie Recipe

Pie crust ingredients

  • 15 tbsp flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/2 spoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Vla material

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 tbsp Frisian Flag Sweetened Condensed Milk Full Cream GOLD
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 10 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Ways of making

  • Mix all skin ingredients, knead until smooth.
  • Flatten the skin dough in Teflon, prick it with a fork so it doesn’t break when baked.
  • Make sure the thickness is even, set aside.
  • To make vla, beat the eggs until smooth, add the cornstarch mixture which has been dissolved in water, followed by Frisian Flag Sweetened Condensed Milk Full Cream GOLD, stir until smooth.
  • Pour the dough into the pie shell, then bake using the lowest heat for 30 minutes.
