Do the routine every day when you’re not exercising: take a deep breath, hold it as long as possible, release it slowly. Repeat for 15 minutes. It’s best if you move regularly.
7 Rutin Brisk walk
The only sport that is ideal for all ages, especially for those who are already five years old, is brisk walking.
Do it 6 times a week, walk as fast as you can, about 50 minutes, provided there are no knee and waist problems, chest pain or shortness of breath.
