KOMPAS.com – Mid October 2020, KFC Indonesia presents a restaurant lifestyle-dining and salad bar first titled Naughty by Nature.
The concept is different from most KFC outlets, making videos and photos of this healthy restaurant viral on social media.

This new restaurant in Jakarta implements a health protocol which also influences the way of ordering food which is different from other KFC outlets in general.
Hendra Yuniarto General Manager Marketing of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. and Nadif Zahiruddin Project Advisor Naughty by Nature described health protocols during a visit to KFC Naughty by Nature.
The rules were presented at a press conference KFC Naughty by Nature organized via live streaming on the official KFC YouTube account.
Health protocol
Considering that the Covid-19 pandemic is still not over, as has been implemented by all KFC outlets in Indonesia, Naughty by Nature restaurant also implements a health protocol for food services.
“So of course we obey protocol and follow government regulations, for example, we exist step the one on the floor. And when they come they are directed to wash their hands. If you queue for seats, you will also be given a distance, ”explained Naughty by Nature Project Advisor Nadif Zahiruddin during a press conference on Friday (23/10/2020).
This health protocol applies to both onsite and dining services take away. The health protocols were implemented according to government recommendations.
One of them is by limiting the restaurant capacity to only 50 percent of the total visitor capacity. The operational time is Monday-Thursday 10.00-18.00 WIB and Friday-Sunday 07.00-18.00 WIB.
“The restaurant capacity should be able to cover 140 to 150 people, but currently we only limit 50 to 60 people. Besides that, it can wait outside to apologize, or it can be directed to the area take away because the area has been provided take away specifically, “explained Nadif.
Before entering KFC Naughty by Nature, visitors are required to wear a mask. In addition, it is mandatory to use hand sanitizer which is available in front of the restaurant entrance.
“Then there is also a guest book, all visitors must fill in their name and KTP number, then a telephone number,” said Nadif.
“Add more if all officers, servants, crew on duty and employees use gloves, masks, and face shield, ”Tambah Nadif.

How to order food at Naughty by Nature
How to order food at Naughty by Nature is different from the usual KFC outlets, which require visitors to go to the cashier and order there immediately.

Visitors to Naughty by Nature will be seated and the waiter comes to take orders. Then the payment process is also carried out at the visitor’s table.
“So for the menu there is digital menu, so you can scan QR can later order via barcode, but there are also menus that are on paper. Later you can also ask the waiter about the dish, “explained Nadif.
Visitors can reduce contact with objects such as menu paper by looking at the various menus on the QR code that are already on the table.
Besides seeing the menu online digital visitors can also see first hand the making of dishes at KFC Naughty by Nature, because this restaurant carries a concept open kitchen.
