VLISSINGEN – Adrz Hospital, together with eight other hospitals in the Netherlands, has joined the Good Care Proef Je. This is a project of Alliance Nutrition in Healthcare.
The alliance is committed to a completely healthy diet for patients, visitors and employees by 2022. Through monthly meetings, hospitals motivate each other to provide an environment that radiates health and well-being and where the healthy choice is the easy choice. Over the past year, the Nutrition Alliance has worked on improving the supply of nutrition in rehabilitation institutions. Plans are also being developed together with GGZ institutions. Good Care Proef Je also encourages participating hospitals to inspire healthcare institutions in their region. All activities contribute to the objective: a healthy diet for half of all hospitals by 2025 and in all hospitals by 2030.
