Dates

You can really go in any direction with dates, because you can use them in your smoothie, banana bread, but they are also very tasty and sweet separately. Not only that, they are a good source of natural sugars, fiber, vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and iron. These nutrients are essential for healthy metabolism, muscle function and blood pressure regulation.

Raw food

Anyone who hears raw vegetables probably immediately thinks of a plate with bare lettuce, but you can also make a party out of raw vegetables. How, you ask? Carrots, cucumber slices and peppers are the perfect snack with hummus, which is also a good addition to a healthy lifestyle.
