Ct is undoubtedly a side effect of the pandemic, but it is clear that healthcare real estate performed very well in this year 2020 that many other sectors will find hard to forget.
Large movements of funds were made in transactions involving real estate assets which have increased in value even more than in the past. At a time when virologists, infectious diseases specialists and other specialists in the spread of viruses have taken over our small screens, at a time also when nursing homes and other assisted living facilities for the elderly have regularly made the headlines on television and others (unfortunately not always for the better …), large assets change hands.
