The enterprise solution allows a user to see an Apollo physician within 15 minutes of the consultation request; order medication from the extensive network of Apollo pharmacies; and requesting a home sample collection for prescribed diagnostic tests within Microsoft Teams.
Prior to launch, the enterprise solution, as integrated by Apollo 24 | 7, was tested in a pilot program for employees of Microsoft India for a period of three months. As part of the pilot program, 5,000 Microsoft employees had access to this platform and more than 50% of them chose to follow virtual consultations with an Apollo doctor from April to June.
