The component of the National Council for Refoundation (CNR) dedicated to health, whose launch was announced for the end of September, will begin on October 3 and will be divided into three parts, national, territorial and in the form of consultation of the digital citizen, detailed on Sunday September 18, the Minister of Health, François Braun. This great conference on the health system, «we will call it Cnr salute because it will be a thematic variation of the National Council for the PRC. The idea is to start from the foundations, to make tailor-made and not ready-made a-keeper descendant of the ministry “, explains the minister in an interview with the Sunday newspaper. The kick off will take place” in the province, in a region where there are difficulties but where we innovate to face them ”, he points out.
In a first part, “until the spring of 2023, a consultation (will take place) at national level with the main actors – healthcare professionals and orders, elected officials, patient representatives – to address transversal issues such as the sharing of skills”, he explains . The second part, until the end of the year, will consist of “territorial meetings under the guidance of the departmental pilots of the regional health agencies, in collaboration with prefects and elected representatives”. Finally, “the French will be offered a broad consultation of digital citizens with questions about their experience, which will be launched in mid-October”.

Emmanuel Macron has already assured that “the challenge of access to care” would be “at the center of the question” of this health of the CNR, judging “unacceptable” the difficulties of many French people in finding a doctor. Braun, for his part, promised that “intensifying the fight against medical deserts is one of the priorities and (is) a clear goal” of the discussions.
