Health insurance unveiled measures in July to keep its spending to € 1.2 billion next year, which will not be enough to fill a double-digit deficit. This deficit has been largely widened by Covid.
After the abysmal records of 2020 (-30 billion) and 2021 (-26 billion), losses are still expected to reach 19 billion this year and remain at over 13 billion next year and beyond.
