The department in charge of Relations with Healthcare Professionals at the CPAM of Loir-et-Cher is an essential link in supporting healthcare professionals in the department in conjunction with the various partners of Health Insurance (ARS, Councils of the Order, coordinated practice structures, healthcare establishments, etc.). The first point of contact for healthcare professionals, they support them from the moment they start working until they stop working. As part of an internal mobility initiative, the CPAM of Loir-et-Cher is recruiting a Technician in the Healthcare Professional Relations department (M/F), on a permanent contract, full-time. Within a business unit of 3 technicians and a technical advisor, the Healthcare Professional Relations technician reports to a Department Manager and their Deputy.
Job Description
After a period of support and training on all missions, you will take charge of diversified activities: • Make appointments with health professionals when they set up; • Manage and feed the health professional file (constitution, verification of completeness, entry and updating of files); • Manage payments to health professionals and medical structures; • Respond to questions from health professionals relating to conventional rights and obligations; • Develop various correspondence (emails and letters to health professionals in particular); • Research the regulatory texts to be applied for processing files. The activities of the Health Professional Relations Technician involve working across the department (Health Insurance Delegates, Digital Health Delegates, Coordinated Exercise Referent) and the various CPAM departments (health costs in particular), but also with external partners (Councils of the Order and ARS in particular).

• Interpersonal skills and customer service skills; • Team spirit; • Comfortable in telephone relations and written exchanges; • Rigor, autonomy and initiative; • Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to use new IT tools; • Ability to research, understand and summarize the information collected. The successful candidate must comply with the requirements of the organization’s Information System Security Policy.
