The trio of presenters of The Grand Tour (and previously from Top Gear) Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May said goodbye to car fans with the last episode in September. Clarkson hasn’t even had time to rest properly and is already in the headlines again. He admitted serious health problems.

This is not the first such problem for Clarkson. Seven years ago, he had to quit smoking after a severe bout of pneumonia. This time, an unfortunate incident happened to him while he was on vacation on an island in the Indian Ocean. Suddenly Clarkson could not use his limbs properly, he could not swim and he could not walk down the stairs without help.

The famous presenter felt uncomfortable even after returning home. When he woke up one morning with nausea and chest pressure, he called an ambulance instead. Doctors in Oxford ruled out a heart attack, but found that one of the arteries supplying blood to the heart was completely blocked. And the second one is not much better.

So Clarkson immediately went to the operating room, where a stent was inserted into his arteries. This will ensure that blood flows without any obstruction. The host icon let it be known that it didn’t hurt, it was just weird.

Just two hours after returning home from hospital, he sat down at his keyboard and wrote his traditional column for the Sunday Times, boasting about the whole experience. Clarkson has now been ordered to rest by the doctors, but as we know the dedicated car enthusiast (and now also farming), he may not deal with home remedies for long.
