Since Monday August 9, 2021, the revised version of the health pass applies everywhere in Seine-Saint-Denis. Access to restaurants, cultural or sports establishments, hospitals or even transport for long distances is now conditional on the presentation of a health pass.
Ten centers concerned
However, there remained a doubt as to the shopping centers which were not concerned unless the prefects took the decision to impose the health pass. At the end of the Council of Ministers held on Wednesday August 11, 2021, the government spokesperson, Gabriel Attalclarified things.
Indeed, the government has asked the prefects to make the health pass compulsory in the shopping centers of more than 20,000m² in departments where the incidence rate exceeds 200 per 100,000 inhabitants. This is the case in Seine-Saint-Denis where the incidence rate is 216.
Consequently, ten centers of more than 20,000m² are concerned by measurement in the department. Once the prefectural decree has been published, customers wishing to go to the following shopping centers must present a health pass in the form of a negative PCR test less than 48 hours old or a vaccination certificate:
- Aubervilliers : the Millennium (56,000 m2)
- Bagnolet : Bel Est (36,000 m2)
- Drancy : Future (32,900 m2)

A l’inverse, twelve shopping centers are not concerned by measurement:
