The Ministry of Health has left the door open this Wednesday so that in the coming weeks, when Spain receives 5,000 of the 11,000 vaccines against monkeypox that correspond to it from the centralized purchase made by the EU, its administration will be extended to more profiles.
Health is considering the end of June as the deadline, when it estimates that the first batch of 5,000 serums from Bavarian Nordic will arrive through Hera, the European Authority for Preparedness and Response to Health Emergencies, which yesterday formalized the supply contract with the Danish pharmaceutical company.
