Offenbach (dpa / lhe) – The Hessian Pharmacists Association assumes that pharmacists will be allowed to vaccinate against the corona virus from February. Until then, however, final legal issues would have to be clarified, said association chairman Holger Seyfarth on Friday in Offenbach. In addition, the pharmacists in Hesse would still have to complete appropriate training and create the “spatial and organizational requirements”.
In principle, the interest group of around 1400 Hessian pharmacies welcomes the possibility of being able to offer vaccinations in the future. At the moment, pharmacies in this country are not yet allowed to give vaccinations because the necessary legal ordinance is missing.
