Dr. Ayman Abu Al-Ola, deputy health committee member in the House of Representatives, said that amendments to a draft law submitted by the government have been completed to counter the funding of emergency health cases.
Abu Al-Ola added, during a telephone interview with the “On My Responsibility” program broadcast on the Sada Al-Balad channel, that this fund is of utmost importance and there will be no burdens on the citizen to finance the fund, but rather it will be in his interest, and the government has suggested increasing the amount of pesticides and imported cosmetics, and some MPs They suggested imposing a penny on a mobile phone call to finance waiting lists for heart operations, and some suggested a “stamp” of 10 pounds for car licenses and 100 pounds for school fees in favor of the Emergency Medical Fund.
He continued: “The school is responsible for paying the new fee, not the student, and it will collect from the schools the total of students, just as imposing 2% fees on imported cosmetics will not affect the citizen, as well as 10 pounds on the car license, as the state has incurred 100 billion pounds in the Corona pandemic.”
