What future for a schizophrenic patient who has lived for years between the psychiatric hospital where he is admitted under duress during acute crises and the parental home? He comes out of any course of care as soon as he leaves the walls of the institution. His entourage is helpless. He would like to have a “life like everyone else” but is still too delusional. And now completely refractory to the care imposed on her. What solution for this other patient whose psychiatric hospital, which she has frequented so often, now remains the last refuge, outside of which it is simply impossible for her to project herself?
