PLFSS 2023: Élisabeth Borne takes responsibility for the government again
The Prime Minister, Élisabeth Borne, also this Thursday 20 October 2022 in the National Assembly undertakes the responsibility of the government on the third part, relating to the receipts, of the bill on the financing of social security through article 49-3 of the Constitution, which allows the adoption of the text without a vote, and opens the way for the filing of one or more motions of censure by the opposition parliamentary groups. This “does not put an end to the parliamentary debate, she judges. This will allow us to open the discussion on the fourth part of the text”. It is the second time in two days that Élisabeth Borne’s government has responded, after a first appeal to 49-3, on Wednesday 19 October, on the first part of the 2023 budget bill also dedicated to state revenues.
