PLFSS 2023: Élisabeth Borne takes responsibility for the government again
The Prime Minister, Élisabeth Borne, also this Thursday 20 October 2022 in the National Assembly undertakes the responsibility of the government on the third part, relating to the receipts, of the bill on the financing of social security through article 49-3 of the Constitution, which allows the adoption of the text without a vote, and opens the way for the filing of one or more motions of censure by the opposition parliamentary groups.
