From January 22, ZUS provides a calculator to calculate the monthly basis of assessment and health insurance contributions for people running non-agricultural activities.
The calculator for calculating the monthly basis of assessment and health insurance contributions for people running non-agricultural activities is available on the ZUS website from Saturday, January 22nd.
The calculator allows you to calculate the premium:
- for persons conducting one or several non-agricultural economic activities to whom various forms of taxation apply,
- for people using the “start discount”, “preferential contributions” and “small ZUS plus”,
- for other non-agricultural people.

An entrepreneur who accounts for tax on general terms, pays the health insurance contribution for January on the average monthly salary in the enterprise sector, including payments from profit, in the fourth quarter of 2021 – i.e. on the current terms.
Therefore, to calculate the contribution for January using the calculator, the income field is not completed (the field is not active).
