The Ministry of Health and Population confirmed that the Women’s Health Initiative for early detection of breast tumors enables women to have free detection with treatment using the latest global treatment protocols.
The Ministry of Health and Population called on women all over the Republic to go to the nearest health unit for early detection of breast tumors as well as detection of chronic diseases, and that medical clinics are open to women from 9 to 3 p.m. a day except on Friday only.
The Ministry of Health stated that the provision of women’s health services is carried out through 5,400 health units at the level of the governorates of the Republic and includes 5,000 doctors and 5,000 nurses who work as part of the President’s initiative to support the health of Egyptian women, pointing to the continuation of work to raise the efficiency and development of the capabilities of those manpower to work with family planning services Reproductive health is within the initiative.
