Previously, the National Center for Mental Health Promotion recommended 6 ways to deal with work pressure and protect yourself from it, as follows:
1- Deal seriously with the consequences of stress.
2- Assessment of psychological and emotional well-being on a regular basis.
3- Finding the need for psychological and personal treatment.
4- Balance work and duties, rest and relaxation.
5- Prioritize personal and professional self-care.
6- Continuously promote information and knowledge in the field of work.
