We are looking for a THE HYGIENE OF MEDEC H/F for a part-time job in two locations: the Clinique Claude-Bernard hospital in Metz and the Clinique Notre Dame in Thionville (57).
As head of the EOH, the medical officer will contribute to improving the control of the risk of infection and the implementation of the policy for the prevention of healthcare associated infections in the establishments of the Hôpital Clinique Claude Bernard in Metz and at the Nostra clinic Lady in Thionville.
Missions and Activities:
⁻ Development, monitoring and evaluation of the EOH action program in relation to the institutional priorities defined in the action program on quality of care and safety and in the projects of the committee of vigilance and risk (COVIRIS).
⁻ Management of health alarms and technical supervision in the event of the onset of anomalous infectious events in close collaboration with the IDE Hygienist.
⁻ Infectious risk management coordination in the field of hospital hygiene:
or Previous risk: by developing and conducting a HAI prevention program that integrates AMR control, infection risk control related to invasive procedures, continuing education activities for healthcare professionals, promotion of measures to prevent cross-control transmission, drafting and monitoring procedures, improve vaccination coverage,
or Risks afterwards : by reporting, investigation and analysis of adverse events related to the risk of infection, surveillance of IAS.
⁻ Management of epidemic situations.
⁻ Definition and monitoring of the program of practical evaluation and monitoring of indicators.
⁻ Participation in internal working groups (maintenance and construction management, institutional guidance council, district council, maternity council, etc.) and external ones at regional level with the CPIAS.
