In the state of Bremen, only ten new corona infections were registered on Sunday. According to the health department, there were five new cases each in the cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven. As a result, the incidence values continue to fall in both cities. In the seaside city, the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the last seven days even fell below the Bremen value for the first time since the beginning of May.
According to the health department, the incidence value in Bremen drops slightly from 31.7 on Saturday to 31.4. In Bremerhaven the number falls more clearly: from 31.7 to 28.2. This means that the value is below the 35 limit for the third day in a row.
Incidence values in Bremen and Bremerhaven
According to the health department, 4,119 people were vaccinated in the country’s vaccination centers on Saturday, 1,473 of them for the second time. This means that a total of 343,497 vaccinations were carried out. 120,119 people are considered fully vaccinated.
