Avezzano. Over 2300 nurses responded to the ASL notice, for the purpose of recruiting temporary staff, to be used also in the covid emergency. An army of candidates (coming from different regions) from which a 2222 suitable ranking has been obtained, drawn up on the basis of their qualifications, which the ASL offices have finished preparing these days, at the end of a very demanding job that involved the use of a significant number of employees. The healthcare company will draw heavily (there are no limits of use) to this maxi ranking to put into service, in a very short time, nurses to be employed mainly to combat the pandemic but also to replace those who are absent from work at various title.
The ranking, formalized today with the publication of the resolution by the ASL management, can be used immediately. The nurses placed in the first positions will be called, with all urgency, and then we will proceed, from time to time, to the progressive scrolling. The duration of the recruitment varies between 6 months and 1 year and will allow the ASL to recruit nurses quickly. The ASL has implemented the quick notice procedure because the competition, already launched in recent months for 105 places, provides by law a very complex process and would have required long times that the company, struggling with the pandemic, cannot afford.
The need to strengthen the ranks of nurses is part of the Company’s strategies for dealing with the emergency in progress and being ready for the possibility of a third wave of the pandemic. Within the ranking, developed on the basis of the more than 2,000 applications received, there are also operators who, already working in the company with administration contracts, are already run-in from a working point of view and will not have to undergo specific covid training. Among the personnel who will be recruited there will also be the figure of the family nurse who will follow the sick at home, outside of covid cases, especially for problems related to chronicity: a figure destined to strengthen action in the area.
