THE HAGUE – The Health Council does not consider an injection against the rotavirus necessary for employees, for example those who come into contact with vulnerable groups. Last summer, the council recommended that children be vaccinated against rotavirus, which can cause inflammation of the stomach and intestines, especially in babies and toddlers, and can be severe in this group.
