(CRHoy.com) .- The Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) reported that as of tomorrow, Wednesday, September 8, will gradually restart the placement of the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine in people 18 years and older.
This vaccination will be carried out by open convocatory, so no prior appointment is required, and they will be able to receive the vaccine in any of the health areas and hospitals participants regardless of the person’s area of affiliation.
It is expected that by this Friday all the health areas of the country and the hospitals that have been vaccinating will have resumed the start of schemes.
The medical manager of the CCSS, Mario Ruíz, called on the population to be attentive to the communications made by each health establishment to publicize the times and places where the first doses will be applied.
