National programs have been put to the test in the context of the health crisis and have highlighted:
- the structural difficulties of the French health system preventing the immediate establishment of the organization necessary to provide an effective response to the crisis
- the need to quickly deploy the uses of the country’s many e-health and dematerialization projects
