In the television series “Don’t Do This, Don’t Do That”, actress Valérie Bonneton gathers the Lepic family for the family dinner by throwing a thunderous “At the table! ” which had little success. Too bad, because the idea of meeting for the meal is not bad and even postulates the state of anti-stress, reveals a survey conducted among 1,000 American adults by the Wakefield Research for the Healthy for Good movement of the American Association of cardiology. Not only do the vast majority of respondents (84%) want to share meals more often with loved ones and, in this case, 91% report lower levels of intra-family stress. For two in three people, the survey also reveals that sharing a meal with loved ones, including friends, also reminds them of the importance of connecting with other people, and more than one in two sees this moment as an opportunity to slow down, take a break from their daily life.
