The official account of the Ministry of Health on the communication site “Twitter” published 6 daily tips to promote and take care of mental health, in light of the outbreak of the Coronavirus.

The tips are as follows:

1- Get in the habit of waking up and sleeping at the same time every day.

2- Eat healthy meals at regular times every day.

3- Make time to do the things you love.

4- Allocating time for work and time for rest.

5- Maintaining your personal hygiene.

6- Exercising regularly.
