“As a child, how much would you have longed for someone to see you in your suffering and set you free?”
What did you have to endure?
How much did you bury? How many times did you have to cry and give up?
How many times have you been misunderstood?
Certainly each of us has experienced certain imprints, programs, pain, injustices, and beliefs in childhood.
Many of them (eg those that haven’t been changed/seen yet) continue to run unconsciously and spread chaos. This is then reflected externally through circumstances that we then accept as “normal” (which they are not) – or where we feel powerless/at the mercy of others.
Sometimes, as adults, we can finally listen to our “inner child”. Sometimes we need help from outside – from those who can give other perspectives on certain “normal” but uncomfortable situations.
In this way you learn that there are actually new and more ideal ways and that the child in its loop of injustice would finally be seen and life would be easier. Dealing with people would be more peaceful and respectful again. Nobody would have to rise above others, play power games or continue to be nasty and offended. Communication would be freer and more open.
Of course, our parents and their parents did their best – just in their own programming & self-conscious of their unresolved traumas. It used to be more about survival, today we are allowed to do healing work.
This can get pretty intense at times when all that old pain comes up. But it gets easier. From time to time. It’s worth it & even if not, there would be no other alternative anyway.
Today’s children shape the future! Wouldn’t we rather prepare them a happy one than let them painfully experience the mistakes of the past again?
Heal your trauma before blaming or scolding your children, you yourself have certainly suffered pain in the areas. That hurts!
But for the children = the future society it would definitely be worth it, wouldn’t it?
