Heal Yourself: The Power of Food and Balance with Nutritionist Angie Kasabieh

“We have to train our body to be able to process food, no matter what it is. Sometimes even bad food can make us cheerful. Many people start taking antidepressants. “Each person can heal themselves with a little bad food and a lot of good food and so there is a balance,” nutritionist Angie Kasabieh told bTV.

The first person he helps is a 5-year-old child.

“One day my mother told me that the child was in the hospital because a doctor told her that she would be fat all her life. She said she became anorexic, wouldn’t eat and had passed out. I went to the hospital and told her that I would prepare her food and that as long as she ate both burger and pizza she would lose weight. I started preparing her food myself. No one understands that a good figure starts from the inside. A real nutritionist should keep your body healthy at the cellular level,” says the nutritionist.

It was from this child that Stefan Danailov learned about Angie Kasabieh and her methods and went to her. At this point, he is on a very strict diet with almost complete starvation, but he is beginning to follow her recommendations and is losing weight without depriving himself of food.

According to her, good results are maintained without starvation, but with moderation.

“The bad thing about fast food is that when we eat a burger, it has no more than 10 bites, and we can’t eat that. For this reason, we eat twice as much because we eat quickly. If we divide this loaf in two, we will eat twice,” she adds.

Casabie has won the trust of both local celebrities and world stars such as Sylvester Stallone, John Travolta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Britney Spears.

As a student, she wants to become an actress.

“I finished school very early because I wanted to be a star. My father said: “Study something more serious and when you graduate you can become a very good doctor or pharmacist and because you are famous more people will visit you.” That’s how it happened that I became a doctor who helps stars fit in,” says Angie Kasabieh.

She was born in Beirut at the height of the Civil War. As a baby, she barely survives after a shell explodes on her family’s home.

“I remember how we had to escape through the floors and get to the dungeon. Our father always had to hide us so that nothing would reach us. Many times he would go to work and everyone was worried if he would come back,” she recalled.

At the age of 5, she comes to Bulgaria and says that this is her home.
