“Today, at about 21:00, the Russian occupying troops committed another provocation in order to accuse the Ukrainian military. The aggressor opened fire from heavy weapons from the area of u200bu200bthe settlement of Lobachevo in the direction of Luhansk,” Malyar wrote.
She stated that “in the absence of any aggressive actions on the part of the Ukrainian defenders, the invaders themselves undermine infrastructure facilities in the occupied territories and carry out chaotic shelling of settlements.”
