Indonesia has confirmed a title in Singapore Open 2022 and one other representative as runner up. That’s from the men’s doubles sector between the duel Fajri vs The Babies!

Leo/Daniel also have another advantage because they are physically fitter than Fajar/Rian. However, the pair ranked 23 in the world still have to be wary of their seniors in the PBSI Pelatnas.

Fajri, the nickname of Fajar/Rian in a good track this year. Previously, they had entered the final six times with three of them winning the title, namely the Swiss Open, Indonesia Masters and Malaysia Masters 2022.

“What is certain is that we want to be the best. We perform continuously in three weeks, it’s not an excuse but it’s definitely physical decline. But the name is final, so just finish what is there,” Fajar said in a PBSI release.

Meanwhile, Daniel said he would take advantage of his fit stamina to win their first final after the 2021 Vietnam SEA Games.

After the Indonesia Open, Leo/Daniel were absent in several super series tournaments due to Leo’s condition with a waist injury.

“After the Hanoi SEA Games, now we can go to the final again. Maybe we really benefited because we have better fitness than other players who have competed since the Malaysia Open and the Malaysia Masters. So we will really take advantage of this advantage, ” said Daniel.
