Tasks
- Control and support of the 10-person UX/UI design team
- Development and implementation of design strategies for digital products
- Implementation of User research and usability testing to optimize the user experience
- Workshops
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions
- Ensuring compliance with design standards and guidelines
- Your absolute focus is that Employee satisfaction and the Resource planning
- Very close cooperation with the managing director
- Interaction between leadership and operational work
qualification
- You have already worked in a digital agency
- Plus point: Experience in leading UX/UI teams and user research
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various departments
- Proven track record of improving the usability and design of digital products
- Knowledge of current UX/UI trends and best practices
- Excellent German and English
