We advise companies in the energy and electrical sectors and supply them with the most innovative charging solutions (easee and Alpitronic). On the other hand, we manage real estate portfolios for institutional property owners with regard to charging infrastructure: As a full-service provider, we support the development of the e-mobility strategy and take over planning, project implementation, operation, billing, scaling and support of the charging infrastructure.

Tasks

In this exciting role in our support team, you will have both technical and personnel responsibility for our seven-person support team.

We are growing rapidly and look forward to your support in the further development of this department.

You ensure smooth processes in order to provide our partners with the best possible support. Your tasks include:

  • Support team management: Goal setting, coaching and development of employees and performance monitoring.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our partners through efficient and high-quality processing of support requests.
  • Planning: Allocating and planning team resources to ensure excellent customer service during peak times.
  • The analysis: Support services, trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement and to identify areas for action.
  • Support: In complex or escalated support cases and ensuring the effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Surveillance: Compliance with standards and quality of support services and implementation of quality improvements.
  • Editing: Of cases that require escalation or complaint processing.
  • Active search: Look for ways to improve support services, incorporating innovations and technologies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibility: For the internal knowledge base for the support area.

qualification

  • Experience: You have proven experience in managing technical support and in telephone customer contact and always keep an overview, even in challenging situations.
  • Passion: You are passionate about sustainability and convince others with your genuine interest and passion for your work. Your strength lies in recognizing people’s needs and you know how to inspire them.
  • Networked thinking: You work in a structured manner and have strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Service orientation: You are a service-oriented person and have a committed, reliable and independent way of working.
  • Communication: In your role, you will interact with many different stakeholders, which is why clear and well-structured expression in German is essential. French is an advantage.
  • Education: You have technical training as an electrician, automation technician, building technician, electrical planner or similar.
  • Continuing education: Ideally, you have completed further training as a qualified technician (HF/FH), electrical project manager with a federal professional certificate, electrical safety advisor or qualified electrician or similar.
