Head of Social Welfare Support / Deputy Head of Social Welfare

Your activities

  • Overall responsibility for the topics, reporting and finance, HR, management support, auditing, IT application support, addiction, housing and shelter, law as well as fundamentals and projects with a management span of around 25 people
  • Developing conceptual foundations for social assistance
  • Introduction and responsibility for the support of IT specialist applications in the company (especially Citysoftnet)
  • Expanding and maintaining networks and cooperations, representing the social welfare office in specialist and project groups of the federal government, cantons and municipalities, etc.
  • Flexible assumption of temporary management tasks in the social welfare office
  • Member of the Management Board and permanent deputy to the Head of Social Services

your profile

  • University degree or equivalent training
  • Management and project experience
  • Familiar and experienced with social and socio-political issues
  • Good understanding of administration and politics
  • Entrepreneurial, communicative, strong negotiator and networking personality
  • Good conceptual skills with a sense for completing social tasks
