Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications (Chief Marketing Officer)

Your area of ​​responsibility includes the following activities:

• Strategic planning of the marketing area (including investment planning and preparation of the annual budget)
• Personnel, operational and technical management of the small, specialized marketing department
• Further development and implementation of our marketing strategy in coordination with management
• Developing plans and campaigns to strengthen our brands
• Further development of our branding and positioning strategy
• Ensure that budget targets are met and the best scope for the success of the cooperative organization in terms of service quality and financial indicators
• Further development of our group portfolio, marketing channels and processes
• Training and further education of the marketing team and training and advice for our stakeholders
• Concept, design and creation of internal and external corporate communications with a focus on our values ​​and support in change and acquisition processes

Your profile:

• Down to earth personality with a great sense of humor, understanding of dialect essential
• Completed studies or specialized training with a focus on marketing
• Many years of marketing and management experience, including several years in a comparable position at management/deputy level or as a marketing director in a business unit, ideally in retail or consumer goods marketing.
• Pragmatic, willing to participate actively and enjoy setting up/structuring new things
• Experience in developing strategies, implementing successful marketing campaigns according to KPIs
• Extensive experience in campaign development (print, events, video, digital),
• High service and team management and fun in further development and optimization
