Tasks:
With management responsibility for the entire HR area and a direct reporting line to the HR Managing Director, you will manage our HR department holistically in the future. In the wake of the strong (purely organic) growth of 30%-37% in recent years, the demands on HR work in-house have increased accordingly. The qualification of existing staff and the development and expansion of skills, but also the integration of new employees, must be achieved. In the current year 2024, office space is currently being expanded at three locations in order to meet the expected future growth. In total, your team includes two employees in Germany and two senior employees at the Sofia/Bulgaria location (German-speaking). You will continuously optimize our contemporary HR management, which is tailored to the business models and special features of the company, with a focus on recruitment and personnel development, and ensure company-wide implementation. You are the first point of contact for the HR Managing Director and fully involved in HR strategy issues and implement related decisions accordingly.
Qualifications:
You are best suited to us if you are an HR all-rounder (m/f/d) with a focus on personnel development and are an academically trained manager with several years of relevant professional experience. You come from a larger, methodically well-developed company and can bring your tried-and-tested knowledge to us. You have mastered the relevant tools of modern HR work and, in addition to strong concepts, you also have the necessary change management skills. You are creative and willing to shape things, convincing and a strong communicator and enjoy building work. You have a significant influence on the corporate culture and live up to this responsibility through exemplary leadership behavior and enthusiasm for the cause.
