Job Description :
Under the authority of the director of the structure, you are responsible for the implementation of the establishment project in compliance with the missions of the CSAPA, the associative project and the principles underlying the social and medico-social intervention:
- You contribute to its evaluation and its adaptation according to the changing needs of users. You monitor the activity.
- You are responsible for welcoming and supporting users and ensuring the quality and consistency of support projects.
- You ensure respect for the exercise of users’ rights within the structure and you promote their participation in the participation and cooperation bodies implemented.
- You work in a network, you support and develop the partnership.
- You lead and supervise the multidisciplinary team and represent the management within the service.
- You are responsible for the good organization and the continuity of the service (schedules, holidays…).
- You guarantee the safety of people and goods by ensuring compliance with the laws and rules in force.
Within a management team, you contribute to the development of the activities of the structure and their good integration in the territory.
Profile and skills:
- You hold a CAFERUIS or an equivalent diploma.
- You justify a successful experience in a similar position of at least 5 years.
- You have a good knowledge of addictions and specialized support systems, people in precarious situations and their needs.
- You have good listening and development skills.
- You know how to show initiative and autonomy in your work.
Organization and remuneration of the position:
- Workplace : Oppelia Aria – Villeurbanne (69)
- Hourly volume : Full time – 35h weekly
- Remuneration: according to CCNT 66
