Within the Department of Internal Resources, as Head of the general affairs department, your main goals will be :
– Ensuring the good organization of the Town Council and the commissions Ensuring the legal and administrative security of the projects and activities implemented
– Manage the mail service
– Update our administrative procedures and the reception of our users
– Anticipate changes in the territorial environment (connection to the urban area and other partners)
– Assist in management by the General Directorate of Services (mainly through audits and evaluations)
Your missions will be as follows:
– Direct and manage the service team: compliance with the objectives assigned to the service, definition of objectives for agents and control of the execution of trust missions, leave management, etc.
– Prepare and implement the commissions and the Municipal Council, in conjunction with the Office of the Mayor and the management: prepare, call elected officials, follow the sessions and debates of the Council, check the compliance of actions administration, report on Council sessions
– Manage the postal service: distribute mail to selected departments and officials, control email processing, manage mailings, monitor credit consumption and increase costs
– Modernize and simplify administrative procedures: in conjunction with the IT department, eliminate specific procedures, implement modern tools, etc.
– Give advice and help to municipal services in drafting their actions (decisions, norms, etc.)
– Monitor community litigation activities

Profile wanted
You have a higher education (minimum Bac +4 level) in general administration, political science or public law.
You have a good knowledge of the territorial environment, administrative law and key management or internal procedures.
You are comfortable with Word and Excel software and preferably with Webdelib. Knowledge of quality standards would be an advantage.
You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills. You have a sense of organization, listening and synthesis.
Finally, you appear hard and choice.
Number of years of seniority in a similar position: 4 years minimum
