Enrich our audit team with your personality and expertise and join us in a successful future as Head of Auditing Business Administration/Credit (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Recklinghausen. This role involves representing the Head of Internal Audit in the event of an absence.
This is your daily business:
- Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 10 employees
- Independent, risk-oriented planning of audits for the Business Administration/Credit Department (definition of audit objectives, monitoring of the audit process, implementation of quality assurance within the framework of regulatory requirements) as well as support for the regular reporting of the internal audit while simultaneously contributing to audit plans for the entire department
- Carrying out own audit procedures within the scope of the department’s responsibilities
- Coordination of external audits, particularly in connection with the annual financial statements (risk audits, annual financial statement audits)
- Support of internal projects
What you bring with you:
- Completed university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in internal auditing, credit business and/or business administration
- detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Sensitivity in the context of early detection and management of risks
- Conflict resolution and assertiveness
