Head of the Attorney General’s Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum Kejagung) Ketut Sumedana apparently lives in a boarding house. Not just random boarding houses, but boarding houses belonging to the KPK suspects Rafael Alun Trisambodo. How come?
Ketut didn’t know that the boarding house actually belonged to Rafael Alun. He admitted that he had lived there since 3 years ago without knowing the owner of the boarding house.
“How do people know that people don’t have problems yet. We never know the owner, people have guards,” said Ketut during a conversation, Tuesday (4/7/2023).

Ketut himself chose to stay at the boarding house because it was close to the AGO. The location of the boarding house is on Jalan Mendawai I Number 92, South Jakarta, which is indeed not far from the Attorney General’s Office, just a short walk.
In addition, according to Ketut, many prosecutors live in boarding houses. In the boarding house itself, Ketut said that there were 5 prosecutors and 5 police who lived there.
How much is the rent?
“In the past, I paid from Rp. 2.5 (million) up to 3.6 up to 4 million, it continued to increase. I have been 3 years ago, I have rented rooms there twice. My room is only 3 x 3 (meters),” said Ketut.
Ketut admitted that he chose that location because it was quite easy to find culinary delights and it was also close to other prosecutors who also lived in boarding houses. Indeed, around that location there are many culinary options to choose from.
“There are cheap places to eat. You can walk everywhere,” said Ketut.
