Vlad Ellis is the owner of the IT company Speedflow group, which years ago moved its business to Bulgaria. The Ukrainian company has an office in Plovdiv, two offices in Odessa and Kharkiv, as well as offices in London and Hong Kong. Vlad Ellis is currently in Sofia, and his relatives are here. From Plovdiv24.bg we contacted him to tell us what he thought about the situation in Ukraine.
Here is what Vlad Ellis told our media:
“This is a tragedy that I hope will not have dramatic consequences. There will not be many victims. What is happening will not affect people’s lives. Whatever we talk to you about, nothing depends on us. There is nothing we can do: there is a conflict between two countries, Ukraine and Russia.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Odessa is doing an excellent job. “Civil servants are doing a great job trying to help people.”
