Due to the incidents registered on Monday night in Asunción and in other parts of the country by supporters of Paraguayo Cubas, Nicolás Zárate, head of the Education portfolio, maintained that classes will not be lost, despite the road blockades and lack of buses.
He expressed that they cannot lose one more day of school activity, but that they will be flexible with the arrival time. “In schools we talk about tolerance, about respecting others, we talk about values and we Paraguayans decided to live in peace, in democracy. Because of a group we cannot miss classes, there are other ways to demonstrate,” the minister said.
🔴 Minister of the MEC: “Classes resume today, there will be flexibility in the schedule”.
