He used a victim’s credit card and they send him to jail

Jonathan Gudiño, was charged with the crime of aggravated intentional homicide, aggravated robbery, illicit association and improper use of a credit and debit card as the author, for which the guarantee judge, Yanina Mosquera, ordered provisional arrest.

This case is related to an event that occurred on January 27, 2022, in Los Tecales, in the district of Alcalde Díaz, when Carlos Madrid was found dead in a ravine and tied to a tree.

Carlos was preparing to carry out the hauling service, when he was attacked by the accused, who would have murdered him and thrown him into the ravine, and then left in the car and used the victim’s cards, from where he stole the money.
