The Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county police officers carried out an accident prevention inspection on the winding roads of Bükk on the last weekend of July.
During the operation, which primarily serves the safety of motorcyclists, they saw and even recorded that the driver of a Ford Tourneo Custom cut the corners between Répáshuta and Lillafüred, thus crossing into the oncoming lane several times. After stopping and taking the driver under control, the police fined the man HUF 30,000 on the spot.
