The home of a 20-year-old person was raided on Tuesday by the Investigations Brigade and they managed to recover the elements that had been stolen from Garden No. 483.
Last Monday, at 9:30 a.m., the director of Jardín 483 in the Máximo Abásolo neighborhood denounced in the Seventh Section that between 7:00 a.m. on April 29 and 7:30 p.m., people entered the interior of the institution seizing various elements.
Thus, after giving intervention to the Police Investigations Division, they began the investigation of the case and conducted interviews with witnesses, establishing that the possible perpetrator of the act was selling the stolen objects through Facebook.
With the information collected, the prosecutor’s office, Jazmín Abraham, requested a search warrant at the author’s home, located at 800 Los Álamos Street, being authorized by the criminal judge on duty María Laura Martini.
Thus, on Tuesday around 1:00 p.m., the diligence began where 20-year-old RAR was identified as the author and it was possible to recover a brown Creole guitar with a case, a speaker, a wireless microphone and remote controls.
