After an investigation and several surveillance operations, the police checked various smokers who had just purchased jars of tobacco from a private individual. Customers explain that they have been getting supplies from this famous Dryat for several months. The man, a first-time offender, is therefore finally arrested and placed in police custody. He explained that he had traveled frequently to Luxembourg for a year, buying jars of tobacco and then reselling them on the spot, from his home. In search, were found nearly 2,000 € in cash as well as around thirty jars.
At the end of his police custody, he was sentenced to an appearance on prior admission of guilt for the month of November.
The money was seized and the tobacco destroyed.
